Delivery & Responsibility
We make every reasonable effort to deliver your flowers on the requested delivery date. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery. This may include leaving the arrangement in a suitable location when conditions allow, or coordinating delivery directly with the recipient.
Once an arrangement has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the recipient. BloomaryAustin cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or reduced flower longevity due to unattended delivery, environmental conditions, or delayed retrieval.
Funeral & Sympathy Arrangements
Funeral and sympathy arrangements require advance notice and careful coordination. If your order requires delivery at a specific time, please contact us several days in advance so we can best accommodate your request.
Delivery availability and timing may vary depending on the procedures of the funeral home.
Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, flower substitutions may be necessary. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and design intent of the original arrangement.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If an arrangement arrives damaged or compromised due to delivery handling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Concerns based on personal preference, style, or flower longevity after delivery are not grounds for returns or refunds.
Taxes & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the delivery location and current tax rates.
